REFERRALS -  President's Club members can tap into our library of 12,000 contacts - learn how to ask for a referral and receive a warm introduction to a qualified "suspect"

Cold Call 1:1 -  Three hour sessions to focus on the phone techniques to handle gatekeepers, reach the top officer in the company, & how not to freeze once you get the top officer on the phone (and make the appointment.)  This class is highly unpopular with sales pros due to the exhausting role plays followed by on the phone work that doesn't end till an appointment is made.

Cookbooks & Accountability Tracking -  Sales pros cannot make the decision to buy - only the prospect can - the sales pro needs to track the behaviors required to be a success.  Set up of a flexible shedule of behaviors - including 10 prospecting outlets - followed by weekly phone calls & on-line accountability tracking (with management participation) locks in the behaviors needed, expected & enjoyed by successful companies

De-Briefing & Ride Alongs -  The sales pro calls our office immediately after a sales call (they either got a yes, no or they learned a lesson!) and de-briefs about what happened right and wrong and how to do it better next time. Focus on "what happens next " is critical.  Observation of a sales call by an un-biased coach is less threatening than having the manager along and tends to be less "scripted" so we see what really happens on a call.  Management participation at this level is vital.

Rapid Deployment Training: Management is a one day - intensive program - targeting the critical issues for managers to gain a reputation for exceeding company expectations.  Program includes the Strategic Management Playbook.  Participants then receive six hours of personal 1:1 coaching.

Rapid Deployment Training: Sales  - Four weekly classes focusing on  Behaviors, Techniques and Attititudes needed for success.  Classes are based on role play of the basic sales systems and techniques.  Includes a final 1:1 session with a coach. This class is a primer for the President's Cub.
