Who We Are 

Paul Szklarski, MBA, FACHE - For over 30 years, Paul J. Szklarski has been involved in business development. His creative, yet analytical approach to the provision of executive training reflects his knowledge, enthusiasm and ability to communicate.

     Paul trains professionals to understand and develop profitable services. His leadership style is straight- forward and personal, he wants you to succeed. 

     He is nationally certified  as a Fellow by the American College of Healthcare Executives and has worked with companies such as the US Postal Service, Marriott, Starwood, Global Connect, ISO, and UPS to bring excellence to the workplace.

     He has held the position of board chair for non-profits in New Jersey  and is the chair of the Health Industry Business Group on Health, LLC – a business coalition.  Paul holds an M.B.A. from Widener University and lives in Southern New Jersey with his wife and children. 

  Stephanie Szklarski, Partner, Rhine Associates, LLC Sandler Training  is a dynamic, energized leader who demands excellence.  Her direct style produces successful clients. 

Stephanie's background includes award winning sales at the Marriott Corporation, Aquos Communications, Yellow Book and in publishing at the SJ Magazine. 

She is the chairwoman of the local Synergy Works network and is a regular speaker on the topic of "Women in Sales & Management" with her "League of  Their Own" series of programs.   She has addressed various organizations such as the NJ Women Business Owners Association, Chambers of Commerce and Business Associations.

She holds a BS from Stockton College and her office is in Cherry Hill, NJ.
